★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sito indicava che il negozio sabato pomeriggio doveva essere aperto. Ho inviato un messaggio via chat per chiedere conferma in quanto avevo bisogno di una fascia post intervento. Ho atteso oltre l'orario di apertura ma non vedendo arrivare nessuno mi sono poi allontanata. Ad oggi,giovedì, nessuno ha ancora dato risposta alla mia domanda sull'apertura del negozio. Sarebbe opportuno rispettare gli orari di apertura indicati per rispetto di chi si presenta appositamente per acquistare. Diversamente basta un cartello dove si comunica un orario differente . Sarebbe anche cortesia dare risposta alla chat.
The website indicated that the shop should be open on Saturday afternoon. I sent a message via chat to ask for confirmation as I needed a post surgery band. I waited after the opening hours but not seeing anyone arrive, I then walked away. As of today, Thursday, no one has yet answered my question about opening the store. It would be advisable to respect the opening hours indicated out of respect for those who show up specifically to buy. Otherwise, a sign is enough to communicate a different time. It would also be courtesy to answer the chat.
