★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le avevo provate tutte. Dieta Paleo, dieta Atkins, la Ducan. Tutto sembrava non funzionare. Un amica mi consiglió Elisabetta e nonostante fossi scettica dopo tante diete senza successo devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. La prima settimana sono riuscita a perdere 4 Kg e sono riuscita a non recuperar peso grazie all´ attivitá fisica e ad un programma di mantenimento.
 I had tried them all. Paleo diet, Atkins diet, the Ducan. Everything didn't seem to work. A friend advised me Elizabeth and although I was skeptical after so many diets without success I must say I really enjoyed it. The first week I managed to lose 4 kg and I managed not to recover weight thanks to physical activity and a maintenance program.
