Scrivo questa recensione con molta tristezza, visto che credo molto nella bontà della sanità pubblica. Dovrei fare una semplice operazione sulla membrana timpatica; mi hanno parlato molto bene del dott. De Carli, e cosi, dopo un veloce consulto ho deciso di operarmi al San Filippo Neri, benchè io sia ben lontano. Ho fatto preospedalizzazione il 14 febbraio. Trascorsi ormai 40 giorni non mi ha contattato nessuno. Provo a contattare io qualcuno della struttura ma dopo 7 giorni viene impossibile avere informazioni. Pare che i responsabili del calendario siano tale dott. Savi, e dott. Tauro, ma sono assolutamente irragiungibili. Ho chiamato tutti i numeri possibili, dal centralino al rispostiglio delle scope: molti non rispondono e chi risponde mi passa un numero che poi non risponde. Mi chiedo per altro quale valenza possono avere analisi cliniche datate almeno di 40 giorni. Probabilmente dovrò rifare tutto, e poi ci si lamenta dei costi della sanità pubblica. Questa è la mia esperienza: spero solo che ne valga la pena, certo come inizio non è assolutamente promettente. I am very happy that there are people who are happy with you. Savi, and Dr. Tauro, but they are absolutely unreachable. I called all possible numbers, from the switchboard to the broom closet: many do not answer and whoever answers passes me a number which then does not answer. However, I wonder what value clinical analyzes dated at least 40 days may have. I'll probably have to do it all again, and then we complain about the cost of public health. This is my experience: I just hope it is worth it, certainly as a start it is absolutely not promising.

Nonostante il covid abbia reso la vita difficile ai medici, agli operatori, agli addetti ai lavori in generale, ai pazienti e ai visitatori, la nostra esperienza è stata veramente positiva. In reparto ha trovato solamente professionisti che svolgono il loro lavoro con passione, pazienza e tanta professionalità. Un ringraziamento particolare va a loro! M	Margherita Dudu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dicembre ho avuto un intervento chirurgico di emorroidectomia sec. Milligan Morgan. Il chirurgo dott. Garavello è stato bravissimo. È un dottore simpatico e molto rassicurante, avevo tanta paura ma sia lui che tutta la sua equipe (femminile) sono stati molto professionali. È un buon ospedale . Adesso con questo virus ho potuto constatare che è anche molto pulito e soprattutto sanificato. Ogni volta che si libera un letto lo disinfettano da sopra a sotto. Complimenti! In December I had a hemorrhoidectomy surgery sec. Milligan Morgan. The surgeon Dr. Garavello was very good. He is a nice and very reassuring doctor, I was so scared but both he and all his (female) team were very professional. It is a good hospital. Now with this virus I have been able to see that it is also very clean and above all sanitized. Every time a bed becomes free, they disinfect it from top to bottom. Congratulations!
M	Michela Graziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine Novembre ho partorito qui la mia seconda bambina seguita dalla dottoressa Marina Marceca responsabile della sala parto e dall'ostetrica Sarah D'Angelo che mi ha preparata al travaglio. Ho avuto un esperienza meravigliosa, la dottoressa ed il suo staff di ostetriche sono tutte molto competenti e preparate per affrontare un parto naturale in rispetto della mamma e del nascituro. Mi ha assistito l'ostetrica Francesca Frosi con la sua bella voce e la sua calma. Le sale parto sono moderne ed attrezzate come una clinica privata con tanto di vasca per il parto in acqua. I reparti sono puliti nuovi ed efficienti con stanze singole o da due. Sono tutti gentili e disponibili anche all'ufficio anagrafe per la registrazione. Una struttura pubblica che è una vera perla preziosa la consiglio a chi vuole avere un'esperienza in rispetto della natura ma assistita in ospedale. Hanno il servizio di preospedalizzazione gratuito anche per il parto naturale e la possibilità del parto in acqua. Le ostetriche sono state tutte preziose e disponibili, nessuna esclusa, ti senti coccolata e protetta, ti sostengono durante il travaglio e trovano ad ognuna il modo più naturale per far nascere il bambino, le sale parto sono spaziose e pulite e i papà non vengono mai dimenticati. Durante il giorno c'è un continuo giro tra medici, ostetriche e puericultrici che non ti fanno mai sentire sola e anche di notte c'è sempre qualcuno pronto ad aiutarti. Pulizia e igiene quotidiane e ben fatte, sempre con rispetto e cura del paziente grande e piccolo. L'unica difficoltà l'ho riscontrata per le dimissioni, circa 6 h di attesa dopo le visite per poter avere i documenti di uscita del bambino, decisamente troppe, per il resto esperienza meravigliosa, si respira una bella atmosfera. Operato di ernia discale dal grande Dott Carpineta Ettore del reparto Neurochirurgia al quale vanno tutti i miei complimenti per la sua professionalita' e disponibilita' e per l intervento perfettamente riuscito! La degenza é stata alleviata grazie alla gentilezza e professionalita' di tutto lo staff! Anche la struttura del reparto è ottima .letti e cuscini di ultima generazione,ambiente impeccabilmente pulito ed igienizzato, cibo molto buono e menu vario.un assistenza infermieristica di alto livello. Insomma non mi sento di escludere nessun aspetto della struttura per le cinque stelle che ho dato. Vivamente consigliato Ancora un sentito grazie a tutti per il supporto morale ricevuto.
