★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato varie volte a chiamare in orario di apertura, non rispondono oppure parte il messaggio che annuncia quando è aperta la segreteria, beh quel messaggio ci starebbe bene fuori orario, non quando uno chiama in orario di apertura!
 I tried several times to call during opening hours, they do not answer or the message starts announcing when the answering machine is open, well that message would be good for us after hours, not when someone calls during opening hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ho chiamato per prenotare una prestazione e sono stato molto chiaro su quello che volevo. Mi hanno confermato che erano in grado di fornirla e mi hanno dato l'appuntamento. Una volta li`, sorpresa, non forniscono quella prestazione. Non e` stato un fraintendimento da parte mia perche` controllando sulla loro propria agenda risultava che avevano capito quello che avevo richiesto. Semplicemente, a quanto pare, il personale non sa neppure quali sono le prestazioni che il centro e` in grado di fornire. Ripeto, pessimi. Spero solo che chiudano il prima possibile.
Bad. I called to book a performance and was very clear on what I wanted. They confirmed that they were able to provide it and gave me the appointment. Once there, surprise, they don't deliver that performance. It was not a misunderstanding on my part because by checking on their own agenda it appeared that they understood what I had requested. It seems that the staff simply do not even know what services the center is able to provide. I repeat, bad. I just hope they close as soon as possible.
