★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato per una richiesta di particolare urgenza, rassicurandomi del fatto che il giorno seguente avrei potuto svolgere l'ecografia, in realtà il giorno successivo il centro era chiuso. Dopo aver atteso un'ora fuori con la speranza di mettermi con loro in contatto, sono stato costretto ad andarmene con conseguente perdita di una giornata di lavoro nonché perdita della possibilità di recarmi presso un altro centro diagnostico. A nulla sono serviti i numerosi tentativi di chiamata in quanto nessuno ha risposto e non si sono preoccupati nemmeno di avvisare e scusarsi per il disguido! I veri professionisti al presentarsi di una richiesta, rispondono semplicemente che non è possibile realizzarla se sanno già a priori di non poterlo fare! Sconsigliato fortemente, poca pochissima professionalità! Provate altri centri per evitare brutte sorprese.
After calling for a particularly urgent request, reassuring me that the following day I could do the ultrasound, in reality the center was closed the next day. After waiting an hour out with the hope of getting in touch with them, I was forced to leave resulting in the loss of a day's work and the loss of the opportunity to go to another diagnostic center. The numerous attempts to call were useless as no one answered and they did not even bother to warn and apologize for the inconvenience! When a request is presented, true professionals simply reply that it is not possible to carry it out if they already know in advance that they cannot do it! Strongly not recommended, very little professionalism! Try other centers to avoid nasty surprises.
