★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo confermare che con l'assicurazione meta salute dicono di non essere più convenzionati che il sito va aggiornato ma.... sono anni che vedo questa struttura sul sito dell'assicurazione.
Unfortunately I have to confirm that with the meta health insurance they say they are no longer affiliated that the site must be updated but .... I have seen this structure on the insurance site for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa di problemi con Metasalute non mi è stato possibile fare la visita, nonostante avessi chiamato prima per chiedere se la convenzione era ancora attiva (prima di richiedere il ticket).
Vengo richiamato dal responsabile e dopo una discussione, vengo addirittura MINACCIATO dicendomi di presentarmi all'Istituto che mi avrebbe aspettato fuori
PS: Per il responsabile, non posso risponderle. Sicuramente il cafone è lei e non io, dopo essere stato minacciato le ho risposto come meritava. Complimenti per avere avuto anche il coraggio di rispondere, negando come siano andate veramente le cose.
Due to problems with Metasalute it was not possible for me to visit, although I had called first to ask if the agreement was still active (before requesting the ticket).
I am called back by the manager and after a discussion, I am even THREATENED telling me to introduce myself to the Institute that would have waited for me outside
PS: For the manager, I can't answer you. Surely the boor is you and not me, after being threatened I told her as she deserved. Congratulations on having also had the courage to respond, denying how things really went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, struttura che risulta convenzionata con Intesa Sanpaolo, nonostante il preavviso di informarsi circa il percorso per usufruire della convenzione, sono stata trattata come una ladra, difronte sia al personale che ad altri pazienti presenti dai due direttori, fino ad essere stata inviata in una stanza a fornire spiegazioni che non dovevo certo fornire io. Aspetto delle scuse che ad oggi non sono arrivate, mentre sono arrivate le fatture con richiesta di pagamento, quando io la prestazione l'ho pagata tre giorni prima di farla. Scandalosi
