Attesa di 11 minuti e poi... Nulla continua la musica ❗Assumete una risorsa al centralino per non far venire di persona a fissare una visita. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi! Tre attese da 20-25 minuti per parlare con un operatore e non ci sono riuscito. Linea che alla fine cade oppure molte volte la voce guida dice che non è stato possibile collegarsi con l'operatore. Ma come si deve fare per prenotare un esame? Serietá ZERO! E quella voce dice che le chiamate sono importanti per voi....bha
Shameful! Three 20-25 minute waits to speak to an operator and I couldn't. Line that eventually falls or many times the guide voice says that it was not possible to connect with the operator. But how do you go about booking an exam? ZERO seriousness! And that voice says that the calls are important to you .... bha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo io e mia moglie siamo stati molto delusi riguardo la professionalità per l'ecografia, abbiamo speso 60 euro per una ecografia al gomito di 5 minuti per un problema di epicondilite, dico questo per l'esperienza fatta in un'altra struttura dove a me hanno tenuto e visitato con l'ecografo per più di un'ora. Il dottore nel centro diagnostico Valdichiana è stato sbrigativo e non scrupoloso, nonostante gli avessimo detto che mia moglie aveva già fatto sedute ripetute di fisioterapia, senza alcun risultato , continuava ad insistere per quella strada. Non si era nemmeno accorto del livido enorme che questa patologia gli ha portato.
Unfortunately my wife and I were very disappointed regarding the professionalism for the ultrasound, we spent 60 euros for a 5-minute elbow ultrasound for an epicondylitis problem, I say this for the experience made in another facility where me they held and examined with the ultrasound for more than an hour. The doctor in the Valdichiana diagnostic center was hasty and unscrupulous, although we had told him that my wife had already had repeated physiotherapy sessions, to no avail, he continued to insist on that path. He hadn't even noticed the huge bruise that this pathology brought him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNA!! ho fatto il tampone molecolare a mia figlia il 30 dicembre alle ore 12 e ancora non mi è arrivata la risposta. Quando ho pagato 65 euro mi hanno detto "risposta garantita in 48 massimo 72 ore". ( promessa chiaramente non mantenuta ).
Ho assistito anche a una scena vergognosa : padre madre e figlio hanno chiesto di fare 3 tamponi urgenti perché dovevano partire , i tempi gli hanno detto 48/72 ore , il padre si è arrabbiato , ha chiesto di parlare con un dirigente e si sono accordati , con 50 euro in più risultati in 24 ore , dato che il padre è l'amico di un mio amico mi è riuscito a constatare il tutto.
LO RIPETO VERGOGNA!!!
Dovresti rimborsare i tamponi di tutte le persone che avete preso in giro !!!
SHAME!! I gave my daughter a molecular swab on December 30th at 12 noon and I still haven't received the answer. When I paid 65 euros they told me "guaranteed answer in 48 maximum 72 hours". (promise clearly not kept).
I also witnessed a shameful scene: father, mother and son asked to have 3 urgent tampons because they had to leave, the times told him 48/72 hours, the father got angry, asked to speak to an executive and they agreed , with 50 euros more results in 24 hours, since the father is the friend of a friend of mine I was able to see everything.
I REPEAT SHAME !!!
You should pay back the tampons of all the people you made fun of !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno scandalo, fatto un tampone molecolare il 29/12 a me e mio figlio di 7 anni, ad oggi 1 Gennaio alle 18.28 non é arrivato nessun risultato. 132 euro spesi, con un servizio vergognoso, sono passate più di 72 ore e non ha neanche più validità. Ci sentiremo molto presto, ma la cosa non finirà solo a livello territoriale.
A scandal, made a molecular swab on 29/12 to me and my 7-year-old son, to date 1 January at 18.28 no results have arrived. 132 euros spent, with a shameful service, more than 72 hours have passed and it is no longer valid. We will talk very soon, but it will not end only at the territorial level.

Dovevo fare una ecografia ad un dito della mano: mi sono presentato in orario e con la reception, l'accoglienza è stata discreta, veloce, ma mi sento dire che da loro non so può pagare il ticket e sarei dovuto andare presso uno sportello asl...mah. Mi dicono di andare al piano ed aspettare. Non c'era nessuno davanti a me e dopo circa venti minuti di attesa, si presenta un ragazzo con un camice (ovviamente sgualcito e sbottonato) che entra nell'ambulatorio. Ancora attesa di sei o sette minuti e finalmente mi chiama. Esecuzione dell'esame: tre minuti. Righe del referto: una e mezza, neppure ha segnato se mano destra o sinistra. Scriveva il referto nel mentre scriveva e leggeva il proprio telefonino. Da evitare assolutamente.

He wrote the report while he wrote and read his cell phone. To be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito del centro 2 volte! Nulla da dire sull’educazione e professionalità del personale ma servizio veramente VERGOGNOSO!
La prima volta fatta analisi del sangue e ricevuto referto dopo 9 giorni, la seconda volta fatto tampone molecolare e risultato dopo 96 ore.
Del ritardo del tampone si sono giustificati dicendo che : “
La ns. struttura infatti non garantisce la risposta nei tempi che Lei indica in quanto non è di ns. competenza la refertazione. Il Centro è soltanto lo strumento di passaggio dal paziente al laboratorio di analisi Synlab autorizzato dalla regione Toscana a refertare i tamponi Covid. Sicuramente avrà avuto modo di leggere nella stampa quotidiana che la regione Toscana ha avuto notevoli ritardi in tutti gli adempimenti Covid nei giorni di fine anno.“
Nello stesso periodo un mio familiare ha fatto tampone presso la usl e ricevuto esito dopo 24h.
Pagato un servizio come ottimo € 65 e poi risultato veramente imbarazzante al pari della risposta ricevuta.
Coraggioso affermare di non essere responsabili di un servizio venduto.
Fortuna ci sono altre strutture intorno.

During the same period, a family member of mine took a swab at the USL and received a result after 24 hours.
Paid for a service as excellent € 65 and then really embarrassing result like the answer received.
Courageous to claim that you are not responsible for a sold service.
Luckily there are other structures around.
