Purtroppo la gestione degli appuntamenti non è delle migliori. Persone arrivate in ambulatorio che non risultavano sulla lista appuntamenti hanno fatto sfalzare tutti gli appuntamenti. Dopo le ore 9:00 si è tutto normalizzato. Evitate queste deformazioni professionali. Grazie. I would have given the maximum score for the medical analysis and ultrasound services I received. Qualcuno dovrebbe spiegarle il significato della parola cordialità, gentilezza, grazia, empatia con il cliente.Il primo approccio telefonico po mi sembra fondamentale. Mai avuto a che fare con una simile maleducata. Alla fine ho cercato un altro studio dove visita lo stesso dottore che cercavo. E l'ho trovato! Sono arrivata in orario e mi è stato detto che il medico non poteva visitare e che si erano dimenticati di avvisarmi. Premesso che sono partita da Roma prendendo anche un giorno di ferie.
