★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono eccellenti, le persone che ci lavorano educate e attente alle tue richieste, paghi e porti via solo cose buone. Il disappunto ti viene per I divieti di velocitá che trovi per arrivarci da Milano: sono assurdità preparate di proposito per affibbiarti multe, per rispettarli ci impieghi una vita.
The products are excellent, the people who work there are polite and attentive to your requests, you pay and take away only good things. You are disappointed with the speed bans you find to get there from Milan: they are nonsense prepared on purpose to give you fines, it takes a lifetime to respect them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le vetrine con i prodotti esposti erano molto invutanti: dagli insaccati (prosciutti,salami la loro specialità, cotechini, lardo , pancetta e coppa) alla carne fresca dal maiale al pollo al vitellone.....poi meraviglia due sacchi di funghi porcini secchi....una delizia per occhi e golo!!!!!!! Se potete....andateci!!
The showcases with the products on display were very inviting: from sausages (hams, salami their specialty, cotechini, lard, pancetta and coppa) to fresh meat from pork to chicken to veal ..... then marvel at two bags of dried porcini mushrooms .... a delight for the eyes and throat !!!!!!! If you can .... go there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un salumificio di altissima qualità, che sa valorizzare l'ottima materia prima dell'Oltrepo.
Oltre a splendidi salumi "classici" (salame di Varzi davvero ai massimi livelli), consiglio lo straordinario salame di testa (testa in casetta), conosciuto al centro/sud Italia col nome di "soppressata": una delizia davvero peculiare!
Oltre a tutto ciò si trovano stupendi formaggi locali di stagione, vini e ottimo miele, ed anche gustosissime salse, sottoli e sottaceti.
Tutto "made in Oltrepò": un istituzione!
A high quality cured meat factory, which knows how to enhance the excellent raw material of the Oltrepo.
In addition to splendid "classic" cured meats (Varzi salami really at the highest levels), I recommend the extraordinary salami di testa (testa in casetta), known in central / southern Italy with the name of "soppressata": a truly peculiar delight!
In addition to all this there are wonderful local seasonal cheeses, wines and excellent honey, as well as delicious sauces, pickles and pickles.
Everything "made in Oltrepò": an institution!

Salame molto buono!! Anche i formaggi!! Il Salumificio è inoltre immerso nel verde e nell'appennino pavese. Luogo incantevole.
Salumificio with shop selling cheeses and other typical products of Varzi and surroundings.
Very good salami !! Even the cheeses !! The Salumificio is also surrounded by greenery and the Pavia Apennines. Enchanting place.
