★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati pochi minuti prima della chiusura domenicale ed abbiamo trovato il negozio preso d'assalto da un gruppo di turisti che ha praticamente acquistato gli ultimi panini disponibili così ci siamo accontentati di 1 fetta gigante di focaccia che abbiamo scelto di riempire con il crudo: quest'ultimo molto buono mentre la focaccia era decisamente troppo asciutta e salata ma sicuramente il locale merita tutto il successo che ha per la qualità dei salumi e dei prodotti proposti.
We stopped a few minutes before Sunday closing and found the shop stormed by a group of tourists who practically bought the last available sandwiches so we were satisfied with 1 giant slice of focaccia that we chose to fill with raw: the latter very good while the focaccia was definitely too dry and salty but the restaurant certainly deserves all the success it has for the quality of the meats and products offered.

Quando si varca l'ingresso del negozio si viene trasportati nel meraviglioso mondo della gastronomia piacentina. Ed è subito un tripudio di gusto e sapori. Io e mio marito cercavamo uno spuntino per il pranzo da fare all'aperto vista la tiepida giornata di metà febbraio. Attirati dalla focaccia abbiamo chiesto se la potevano farcire. E come prodotto tipico ci hanno consigliato il Bracton: salume tradizionale di Bobbio del periodo di carnevale. Si tratta di un salume preparato con la spalla del maiale saporito e gustoso. Ma si poteva scegliere ogni ben di Dio qui dentro. Comoda da raggiungere, situata in una zona centrale di Bobbio. Personale cortese e veloce pur essendo sabato.
Salumeria Artevi is one of the historical shops in the center of Bobbio, a village in the Piacenza area. When you enter the shop entrance you are transported to the wonderful world of Piacenza gastronomy. And it is immediately a riot of taste and flavors. My husband and I were looking for a snack for lunch to be done outdoors given the warm mid-February day. Attracted by the focaccia, we asked if they could stuff it. And as a typical product they recommended Bracton: traditional Bobbio cured meat from the carnival period. It is a salami prepared with the pork shoulder tasty and tasty. But you could choose every good thing in here. Easy to reach, located in a central area of Bobbio. Courteous and fast staff despite being Saturday.

Excellent cured meats at fair prices. It is possible to have sandwiches made to take away (interesting alternative when the restaurants are closed).
