★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati attratti dal profumo che pervadeva la contrada. Ottimo aperitivo con focaccia farcita e bicchiere di pinot nero. Negozietto tradizionale, di quelli che ormai scarseggiano in Italia. 5 stelle :)
 We were attracted by the scent that pervaded the district. Excellent aperitif with stuffed focaccia and glass of pinot noir. Traditional little shop, one of those that are now in short supply in Italy. 5 stars :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole gita a Bobbio il giorno di Santo Stefano ci ha portato ad entrare in questo negozio dalla vetrina estremamente invitante per comprare dei prodotti tipici, negozianti molto competenti e simpatiche ci hanno consigliato la culaccia, poi ingolositi da un pane tipico chiamato batarö abbiamo comprato anche quello con della coppa piacentina. Il palato ha ringraziato.
A pleasant trip to Bobbio on Boxing Day led us to enter this shop from the extremely inviting shop window to buy typical products, very competent and nice shopkeepers recommended the culaccia, then enticed by a typical bread called batarö we also bought the one with the Piacenza cup. The palate thanked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale carino con ottimi prodotti locali. Dai salumi ai formaggi passando per il pane e la focaccia. Veramente buona la qualità delle materie prime. Ci accomodiamo su un tavolino all'esterno e proviamo quindi un tagliere di salumi e formaggi con focaccia e pane con un mezza di vino rosso locale. Bravi!
Nice place with excellent local products. From cured meats to cheeses passing through bread and focaccia. The quality of the raw materials is really good. We sit on a table outside and then try a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with focaccia and bread with half a local red wine. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando per il centro di Bobbio, noi amanti del prosciutto e del salame siamo rimasti incuriositi da questo posto piccolo dal gusto antico.
Ottimo il panino (il bataro') speziato con coppa e provola calda (7 €, ma ci sta perché Bobbio era davvero piena di turisti) ,così come i taralli e il resto degli affettati.
Passing through the center of Bobbio, we lovers of ham and salami were intrigued by this small place with an ancient taste.
The spiced panino (bataro ') with coppa and hot provolone is excellent (€ 7, but it fits because Bobbio was really full of tourists), as well as the taralli and the rest of the cold cuts.
