E' stata una piacevole sorpresa...location accogliente e ben attrezzata, gestori gentili e premurosi, rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile, servizio veloce e senza fronzoli.. Consiglio le bombette buonissime ed il tagliere con prodotti di alta qualità. Ci andrò con piacere altre volte. Consigliatissimo se si trova in zona e si vuol mangiare buona carne. Marco Last night together with other friends we went to eat at the recently opened Baccaro grill. It was a pleasant surprise ... welcoming and well equipped location, kind and caring managers, unbeatable quality / price ratio, fast and no frills service .. I recommend the very good bowler hats and the cutting board with high quality products. I will go there with pleasure other times. Highly recommended if you are in the area and want to eat good meat. La location è poco sponsorizzata e un po' nascosta ma appena si arriva si apre un mondo di originalità, i tavoli sono tutti diversi per gruppi più numerosi si cena su un calesse per chi come noi una coppia su tavoli con sotto delle ciclette... E così via.... Ci si presenta preferibilmente con prenotazione poi viene assegnato il tavolo , per il resto è tutto self service prendi vassoio ti apparecchi scegli il cibo atteverso una comanda e poi appena pronto chiamano il tuo nome. Abbiamo assaggiato il tagliere con salumi misti ( c era parecchio piccante nostro errore non averlo comunicato) ma comunque nel menù non era segnalato, bruscatizzi FAVOLOSI , arrosticini di suino nero deliziosi , fettina di Angus morbida e gustosa. Il ragazzo che gestisce la cassa e le prenotazioni è super efficiente oltre ad essere gentilissimo come anche la mamma e la sorella( unica pecca la ragazza è davvero carina però mentre prepara i taglieri secondo me dovrebbe tenere legati i capelli) per il resto davvero nulla da dire, infatti ci siamo trovati talmente bene che siamo tornati una seconda volta. Prezzi giusti. spero ogni bene per questa new Entry nella bella Minervino di Lecce . Lo consiglio vivamente !!!! Amazing place ! Family run business. The location is not very sponsored and a bit hidden but as soon as you arrive a world of originality opens up, the tables are all different for larger groups you dine on a gig for those like us a couple on tables with bikes underneath ... And so on .... Preferably you arrive with a reservation then the table is assigned, the rest is all self service take a tray you equip you choose the food through a command and then as soon as it's ready they call your name. We tasted the platter with mixed cold cuts (there was a lot of spicy our mistake in not having communicated it) but in any case the menu was not reported, FABULOUS bruscatizzi, delicious black pork kebabs, soft and tasty slice of Angus. The guy who manages the cashier and the reservations is super efficient as well as being very kind as well as the mother and the sister (the only flaw the girl is really nice but while she prepares the cutting boards in my opinion she should keep her hair tied) for the rest really nothing to do. to say, in fact we enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time. Fair prices. I hope all the best for this new Entry in the beautiful Minervino di Lecce. I highly recommend it !!!!

They have kindly explained how to order and the whole process was very straightforward from there. Good prices and even got a small discount. Great vibe in a nice garden. All in all absolutely recommended.
