Sono rimasto entusiasto di tutto in particolar modo del salame di trota (che personalmente nn conoscevo ancora). Personale simpatico e molto disponibile. Ci ritornerò volentieri. I suoi prodotti, in gran parte del tutto artigianali, come mi hanno dimostrato quelli che ho acquistato, si collocano a livelli di eccellenza, ciò vale per i salumi, i formaggi e per tante altre merci del vasto assortimento disponibile. Ricordo di aver assaporato una trota salmonata affumicata che definire prelibata è riduttivo. I prezzi sono buoni se si considera l'elevato pregio degli acquisti. Prima toccavano con le mani i prodotti e i soldi senza lavarsele a ogni nuovo servizio (fatto anche notare ma senza risultati) ora utilizzano i guanti... per toccare comunque tutto. Essendo cibo che va direttamente in bocca sarebbero necessarie le pinze o una cassa a parte come in tanti altri negozi. Excellent 5 star products but zero hygiene!
