L	Lara Marani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ero una cliente abituale ....due giorno fa ho acquistato presso il negozio una confezione di capsule ( 100pz) , una volta provata la capsula non scendeva il caffè ed ho provato ad usare altre capsule il caffè scende benissimo ...oggi sono andata per chiedere il cambio ...la commessa con tono arrogante mi dice che la mia macchinetta é difettosa e di conseguenza non me le può cambiare ...eh niente le ho lasciato la confezione piena e me ne sono andata! Pero non è cosi che si trattano i clienti ! Non tornerò mai più! I state that I was a regular customer .... two days ago I purchased a pack of capsules (100pcs) at the shop, once I tried the capsule the coffee did not drop and I tried to use other capsules the coffee goes very well ... today I went to ask for a change ... the clerk in an arrogant tone tells me that my machine is defective and consequently she can't change them ... eh nothing I left her full and I left!
