Sono stato seguito dal momento in cui sono entrato nel negozio passo passo nel capo più adatto a me da Marta, mi sono trovato davvero bene. D	DIEGO CURTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato ieri in questo negozio per fare un regalo ad un amico di mio figlio; scegliamo il prodotto e quando arriviamo alla cassa ci aspetta una bella sorpresa! Sul cartellino infatti era segnato un prezzo (€16) mentre al passaggio del barcode appariva un prezzo maggiore (€19). Pensavo fosse un errore di gestione e di pagare il prezzo attaccato al cartellino, ma alla fine, con parecchia scocciatura da parte del personale, ho pagato il prezzo più alto; nonostante io abbia fatto più volte presente che quando si verificano errori simili vige il prezzo esposto. Certo avrei anche potuto non acquistarlo, ma mio figlio aveva piacere di comprare proprio quel prodotto per il suo amico. Dulcis in fundo non sono stati in grado di stamparmi lo scontrino perchè la cassa era bloccata da una transizione precedente. Non posso dunque allegarlo per mostrarvi il tutto. I went to this shop yesterday to give a gift to a friend of my son; we choose the product and when we arrive at the checkout a nice surprise awaits us! In fact, a price (€ 16) was marked on the tag, while a higher price (€ 19) appeared when the barcode was passed. I thought it was a management error and to pay the price attached to the price tag, but in the end, with a lot of annoyance from the staff, I paid the highest price; although I have repeatedly pointed out that when similar errors occur, the price displayed applies. Of course I might not have bought it, but my son liked to buy that product for his friend. Last but not least they weren't able to print my receipt because the cashier was blocked by a previous transition. I cannot therefore attach it to show you everything.
