★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato ad un tour guidato organizzato da Salento Bici Tour. Siamo partiti da Otranto, loro ci hanno fornito le biciclette, e ci hanno guidati in un lungo percorso tra le campagne intorno ad Otranto, abbiamo visitato delle case rupestri, abbiamo poi visitato la cava di Bauxite e ci siamo rifocillati in una masseria con prodotti tipici e musica salentina. Infine un bagno per rinfrescarci e poi di nuovo in marcia per tornare ad Otranto. E' stata una bellissima esperienza di vacanza slow. Abbiamo visitato luoghi di cui altrimenti non avremmo mai saputo l'esistenza, i ragazzi dell'organizzazione sono molto simpatici e professionali. Un pulmino ci ha seguiti per tutto il tragitto per soccorrerci in caso di problemi. E' un'esperienza di viaggio che consiglio a tutti vivamente. Avrete modo così di scoprire il vero Salento, e di divertirvi anche:) Ho ritrovato alcune foto di quel viaggio, le trovate allegate a questa recensione, vi daranno un assaggio di quello che potrete vivere prenotando un loro tour.
 I took part in a guided tour organized by Salento Bici Tour. We started from Otranto, they provided us with bicycles, and they guided us on a long journey through the countryside around Otranto, we visited some cave houses, then we visited the quarry of Bauxite and we refreshed ourselves in a farm with typical products and Salento music. Finally a swim to freshen up and then back on the road to return to Otranto. It was a wonderful slow vacation experience. We have visited places that we would never have known existed otherwise, the guys in the organization are very nice and professional. A minibus followed us all the way to help us in case of problems. It is a travel experience that I highly recommend to everyone. In this way you will have the opportunity to discover the real Salento, and also have fun :) I found some photos of that trip, you can find them attached to this review, they will give you a taste of what you can experience by booking their tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlo took our group of 8 on the Leuca trip and we liked it so much, we booked the Otranto trip two days later. The bikes are in good condition, they're well-organized and we would never have known so much about this magical area had we not gone on these rides. On the Otranto trip, we had lunch in the restaurant of a man who produces many different food products, and sampled the local cuisine. Julia was so accommodating by driving two people on the Leuca trip in her car as they weren't able to ride.
Thank you for making Salento come alive for us!!
