★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno discutibile alla casa dell’arco.
L’host è stato flessibile con il check-in che è avvenuto in tardo pomeriggio.
La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima,vicino al centro storico e a tanti servizi,essendo in zona a traffico limitato però bisogna trovare parcheggio minimo a 7 minuti di camminata.
Le condizioni dell’appartamento pero sono discutibili.
In primis per la pulizia: polvere ovunque,pavimenti sporchi,bagno poco curato.
L’appartamento è stato affittato per tre adulti ma il terzo posto non può definirsi letto in quanto un piccolo divano molto rigido ma soprattutto scomodo.
Carta igenica and essenziali decisamente insufficienti.
In piu in due giorni giorni di soggiorno abbiamo avuto alcuni visitatori:gruppi di formiche sul piano cucina mai utilizzato,blatte e vermi in doccia.
Infine dopo aver evidenziato gli aspetti negativi dell’appartamento e del soggiorno all’host,la risposta è stata molto scortese e scontrosa ,giustificandosi anche dicendo che l’appartamento è per due persone nonostante l’annuncio palesemente riporti 3 adulti.

Questionable stay at the arch house.
The host was flexible with the late afternoon check-in.
The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the historic center and many services, being in a restricted traffic area, however, you need to find a minimum parking space within a 7-minute walk.
The conditions of the apartment, however, are questionable.
First of all for cleaning: dust everywhere, dirty floors, poorly maintained bathroom.
The apartment was rented for three adults but the third place cannot be defined as a bed as it is a very stiff but above all uncomfortable small sofa.
Definitely insufficient toilet paper and essentials.
In addition, in two days of our stay we had some visitors: groups of ants on the kitchen counter never used, cockroaches and worms in the shower.
Finally, after pointing out the negative aspects of the apartment and the host's stay, the response was very rude and surly, justifying itself also by saying that the apartment is for two people despite the announcement clearly showing 3 adults.
To be avoided.
