 Working with the team of Fabrizio, the director of the Tecnorete subsidiary, is always a great pleasure. Professionalism, hospitality and friendliness are the basic ingredients that you will find as soon as you step into the agency.
Excellent professionals, competent and precise, as in the case of Miss Alessia to contact if you need to rent your apartment in the historic center, Alessia will give you active listening, technical precision and a lot of sympathy.

Cercavamo sul web un piccolo appartamento in affitto per nostro figlio e la sua compagna e quando mia moglie ed io abbiamo trovato l'annuncio che ci interessava non avremmo mai pensato che avremmo avuto a che fare con persone così serie, professionali e competenti, soprattutto avendo avuto in passato diverse esperienze con altre immobiliari blasonate della città. Ci siamo messi nelle mani della simpaticissima e garbata Alessia che con estrema simpatia, correttezza nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste e soprattutto onestà nell'elencare le qualità e i difetti (proprio nessuno) dell'appartamentino in questione. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di interagire in videoconferenza con il proprietario dell'immobile residente al nord Italia (tra l'altro persona simpatica, gentile e accomodante) e posso affermare che in un clima confidenziale quanto basta, ma sempre all'insegna della professionalità non abbiamo avuto bisogno di farci convincere di nulla. Tutto perfetto, tutto come d'accordo, senza intoppi, spiacevoli sorprese e quant'altro. La gentilissima signorina Alessia, ci ha tenuti per mano sino alla consegna delle chiavi, preoccupandosi anche in seguito di telefonarci personalmente per assicurarsi che tutto fosse ok. Siamo felici di aver conosciuto questa agenzia, professionale e competente come poche. Ancora un immenso grazie alla simpaticissima, ben educata e affidabile Alessia, peccato che le stelle siano solo 5, ne avrei messe di più molto volentieri.
What can I say ... professionalism, competence, empathy. But the positive adjectives would be many more. We were looking on the web for a small apartment to rent for our son and his partner and when my wife and I found the ad that interested us we never thought that we would have to deal with such serious, professional and competent people, especially having had in the past several experiences with other noble real estate in the city. We put ourselves in the hands of the very nice and polite Alessia who with extreme sympathy, fairness in responding to all our requests and above all honesty in listing the qualities and defects (just none) of the apartment in question. We also had the opportunity to interact via videoconference with the owner of the property resident in northern Italy (among other things, a nice, kind and accommodating person) and I can affirm that in a confidential atmosphere enough, but always in the name of professionalism, we needed to be convinced of nothing. Everything perfect, everything as agreed, without hitches, unpleasant surprises and so on. The very kind Miss Alessia, held us by the hand until the delivery of the keys, also worrying later to call us personally to make sure everything was ok. We are happy to have met this agency, professional and competent like few others. Again a huge thank you to the very nice, well educated and reliable Alessia, too bad that the stars are only 5, I would have put more very willingly.

Non solo con affrontare successo il proprietario difficile ma anche aiutarmi a cambiare residenza da Inghilterra a Italia.

So cercando un appartamento per 5 mesi.

Avevo un appuntamento concordato con l’agente per sottoscrivere una proposta ma l’agente mi chiama all’ora di pranzo per dirmi che il titolare nella mattina e a sua insaputa. ha fatto sottoscrivere ad altri clienti la proposta per lo stesso immobile senza controllare se c’erano o meno altri clienti che avevano la precedenza.
Non è PROFESSIONALE. Nè tanto meno una telefonata dal titolare per scusarsi.
I have not met the professionalism that I expected. I had an appointment agreed with the agent to sign a proposal but the agent calls me at lunchtime to tell me that the owner is in the morning and without his knowledge. had other customers sign the proposal for the same property without checking whether or not there were other customers who had priority.
It is not PROFESSIONAL. Nor a phone call from the owner to apologize.
