 Nothing to say towards the helpful and kind pharmacists unlike the owner of a unique inhumanity, arrogance and infinite boorishness. Who goes to the pharmacy and why has problems and not to go shopping.

Qualche farmacia di Lecce pensa di essere una boutique di alta moda ed hanno dei modi pessimi e l'unico minuto che ti dedicano Γ¨ vicino al registratore di cassa...

β β β β β Ci siamo recati in questa farmacia per fare un tampone x il covid. Avevamo un appuntamento e siamo arrivati con 10 minuti di ritardo, siamo stati accolti in modo maleducato da una signora, che da quello che abbiamo capito era la proprietaria, perchΓ© avevamo ritardo, nonostante poi ci si doveva mettere in fila per effettuare il tampone.
Menomale che almeno le dipendenti sono state cortesi. Non ho altri parametri di valutazione, ma comunque non ci tornerΓ² piΓΉ i n quanto prima di tutto bisogna trattare il cliente educatamente
We went to this pharmacy to do a covid swab. We had an appointment and we arrived 10 minutes late, we were greeted in a rude way by a lady, who from what we understand was the owner, because we were late, even though we had to queue up to swab.
Luckily at least the employees were courteous. I have no other evaluation parameters, but in any case I will not go back there again as soon as you have to treat the customer politely

I sent my partner to swab my son and they mistreated her maybe not even a patch of feet !! Despotic and rude as few !! presumptuous !! We will never go there again !!
