★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la vettura è stata acquistata il 30/8/2018 presso "SALENTAUTO SPA" lecce (viale grassi 158), a distanza di 6 mesi il sedile in pelle del conducente ha iniziato il processo di usura, dopo aver sporto lamentele presso la concessionaria, il tutto è stato contestato per USURA!!!. il 10/9/2019 durante la guida si è letteralmente staccato il copri coppa della ruota posteriore destra colpendo un uomo alla guida di uno scooter provocando dei danni a seguito di una caduta, il concessionario a sua volta ha ricontestato anche questo episodio!!! ad oggi la vettura ha circa 20000 km, sono state sostituite le pasticche sempre contestate per usura, e chiedono anche la sostituzione dei dischi.
mi chiedo come sia possibile che una vettura con prezzo di listino pari a circa 42000€ dopo due anni abbia avuto questi PROBLEMI!!!
chiedo gentilmente a Renault di risolvere la questione al più presto e sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di vetture Renault!!!
the car was purchased on 30/8/2018 at "SALENTAUTO SPA" lecce (viale fat 158), after 6 months the driver's leather seat began the wear process, after having complained to the dealership, the everything has been contested for WEAR !!!. on 10/9/2019 while driving, the cup cover of the right rear wheel literally came off hitting a man driving a scooter causing damage following a fall, the dealer in turn also recontested this episode !!! to date, the car has around 20,000 km, the pads that have always been contested for wear have been replaced, and they also request replacement of the discs.
I wonder how it is possible that a car with a list price of around € 42,000 after two years has had these PROBLEMS !!!
I kindly ask Renault to resolve the matter as soon as possible and I strongly advise against the purchase of Renault cars !!!
