Ho dovuto elemosinare una risposta e dopo diversi contatti invece di ricevere delle scuse e un risarcimento per il disservizio, mi hanno risposto che l unica soluzione è attendere altri due mesi per ricevere il materiale già saldato un mese fa. Sconsiglio vivamente.
Lack of professionalism and customer focus. Material received one month late, damaged and not transported to the floor. I had to beg for an answer and after several contacts instead of receiving an apology and compensation for the disservice, they replied that the only solution is to wait another two months to receive the material already welded a month ago. I strongly advise against.
