Grandissimo merito ai volontari del WWF, che l'hanno restituita alla cittadinanza. Incredible place, immersed in the urban fabric of Lecce, crossing it you breathe nature and history of the city, between the fatigue of the quarrymen and the shame of the degradation that in the past decades had turned it into a landfill. S	Salvatore Tondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I volontari del WWF hanno svolto una colossale opera di bonifica trasformando una discarica in quella che oggi è una cava di Lecciso dismessa ed ora fruibile, tuttavia all'interno è possibile apprezzare solo i resti della cava e la flora e la fauna spontanee che in questi anni hanno ripopolato l'area più alcune piante che i meritevoli volontari hanno introdotto. WWF volunteers have carried out a colossal reclamation work transforming a landfill into what is now a disused Lecciso quarry and now usable, however inside it is possible to appreciate only the remains of the quarry and the spontaneous flora and fauna that in these years have repopulated the area plus some plants that the worthy volunteers have introduced.

Bellissima, molto particolare e ricco di storia..contentissima di aver fatto questa esperienza! A green lung within the city. I have lived in Lecce for years, but only thanks to the WWF I visited it! There are like 4 or 5 forests around my city, I love nature. I would not pay to see nature... WWE Lecce, this is bad ?.
