Sono in casa per convalescenza da mesi, purtroppo, e trovo nella cassetta delle lettere il loro avviso che sono passati ma "non mi hanno trovato" !!! Assurdo. Chiamo spiegando che non era possibile, il giorno dopo mi lasciano la missiva senza che io firmi nulla, con scritto sopra a penna "NON FUNZIONA IL CAMPANELLO". Ho subito verificato appena letto quanto riportato e il campanello funziona correttamente, quindi ennesima bugia. Spero che nessuno si avvalga di questo pessimo servizio. Perlomeno per la mia zona. Bad service. I have been at home for months, unfortunately, and I find in the mailbox their notice that they have passed but "they have not found me" !!! Absurd. I call explaining that it was not possible, the next day they leave me the letter without me signing anything, with written on it in pen "THE BELL DOES NOT WORK". I immediately checked as soon as I read what was reported and the doorbell works correctly, so yet another lie. Hope no one avails of this bad service. At least for my area.

Mi hanno semplicemente risposto che non è prevista una seconda consegna (ma noi abbiamo lo studio a casa e c'è sempre qualcuno, qui oggi non ha suonato nessuno), né firma, né altro e che quindi non ci verrà consegnato il nostro pacco perché non si sa a chi lo hanno dato. Abbiamo perso i soldi e la merce e loro se ne lavano le mani. Oltretutto dove abito, sono tutte case singole, distanti, non è un condominio, anzi, nella mia via si sbaglia di proposito perchè è impossibile non trovare la casa con tanto di numero civico gigante e nome sul cancello! Risposta dal SailPost vergognosa. Parcel that is delivered but I have received absolutely nothing. They simply replied that there is no second delivery (but we have the studio at home and there is always someone, no one has played here today), no signature, no other and that therefore we will not be delivered our package because no one knows who they gave it to. We lost the money and the merchandise and they wash their hands. Moreover, where I live, they are all single houses, distant, it is not a condominium, on the contrary, in my street you are mistaken on purpose because it is impossible not to find the house complete with a giant house number and name on the gate! Shameful response from SailPost.
