β β β β β Persone molto maleducate e indisponenti fanno sempre i fatti loro e non guardano il cliente oggi per 6 foto copie e pagarle o aspettato 20 minuti quando ho detto se potevo pagare mi anno risposto adesso non possiamo io questo posto lo sconsiglio

β β β β β Nulla a che dire dei dipendenti interni al mail boxes etc. Ma lasciano molto a desiderare i corrieri che ritirano da qui! Soprattutto sda ed ups, maleducati! Cafoni, incuranti degli automobilisti intralciano il traffico come gli pare ad ogni ora!! Sgarbati anche nelle consegne! Per quanto mi rigurda per la zona centro viareggio, hanno perso un ottimo cliente! Io spedisco e ricevo quadi ogni giorno merce! D ora in poi utilizzerΓ³ il meno possibile i loro servizi! Ξ a discapito di tutti! Venditori, compratori, aziende ecc. Quando ritorneranno ad avere piu educazione soprattutto i vettori stranieri, se ne riparlerΓ !
Nothing to say about the employees inside the mail boxes etc. But the couriers who withdraw from here leave much to be desired! Especially sda and ups, rude! Cafoni, heedless of motorists hinder traffic as he likes at any hour !! Rude even in deliveries! As far as I am concerned about the central viareggio area, they have lost an excellent customer! I send and receive paintings every day! From now on I will use their services as little as possible! At the expense of everyone! Sellers, buyers, companies etc. When the foreign carriers return to having more education, they will talk about it again!

β β β β β Sono cliente da tanti anni, anzi lo ero perchΓ© non mi vedono piΓΉ. Una volta che ho avuto problemi con una spedizione non sono stata neβ aiutata neβ tutelata. Ho pagato 90 β¬ per un pacco del peso di 5 kg diretto negli Stati Uniti, questo pacco per negligenza di un UPS sul posto Γ¨ stato rifiutato quindi tornato in Italia. Vado nel loro ufficio a ritirarlo per controllare che ci fosse tutto e mi fanno pagare 49,34 β¬ per oneri doganali ( almeno cosi hanno detto) mi sono successivamente informata e cosi non era. La ragazza mi dice; per rispedirlo ci mettiamo dβaccordo, quindi capisco che mi verranno incontro sul prezzo. Riporto lo stesso pacco per la nuova spedizione e quanto mi fanno ripagare? 90 β¬ motivando che era giΓ stato fatto lo sconto sulla spedizione.Sono veramente schifata del trattamento riservato ad una cliente da anni, oltretutto quando spiegavo le cose non mi guardavano neanche in faccia. Riepilogando: maleducazione e ignoranza gratuitaβ¦
