★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long queue when buying the ticket at the beginning of the month. The station is old but latest maintenance are increasing quality of the platform. Tourists can rapidly go to the sea even using a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New looking, raised platforms contrast with the elderly canopy above them. The marble columns and benches are a nice touch. Nothing too exciting to look at, but the station is functional and adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everthing whats needed to call it a trainstation ... don't use the toilets, don't buy anything to eat, they never clean I guess. Ticketnachines in English are the easiest way to buy you a ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is ok, but pay attention on the monitor, the information sometimes is wrong and trains have large delays. I have wonderful memories of the Viareggio carnival..arriving to this station..how beautiful it was. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although small, this station is difficult to navigate as the TV displays with all the train information are a nightmare. Not only are they little and old thus difficult to read, the information also takes a while to update. That being said, the little station of Viareggio is well connected with other cities in Tuscany, making it very convenient in connections.
