★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In vacanza sotto le feste natalizie (sono "di fuori"), rimango "a piedi" in un parcheggio in mezzo a Viareggio, con la batteria a terra, a tarda sera e tutta famiglia in macchina, chiamo il primo nominativo sul cell. Mi raggiunge dopo 10 minuti, riavvia la macchina e mi accompagna, sotto il diluvio, all'officina che riapre per l'occasione, facendo tornare anche il figlio per aiutarlo nella sostituzione. Alle 19.30 sono già diretto verso la farmacia per ritirare il latte per mia figlia neonata di cui ero rimasto senza, che altrimenti non avrei potuto comprare (e il giorno successivo era la Befana). Che dire, qui il prezzo non conta (compresa la "chiamata", qualche euro in più di quello che avrei speso presso la mia officina di fiducia), il servizio vale tutto !

At 19.30 I am already headed to the pharmacy to collect the milk for my newborn daughter that I was left without, which otherwise I would not have been able to buy (and the next day was the Befana). What can I say, here the price does not matter (including the "call", a few euros more than what I would have spent at my trusted workshop), the service is worth everything!
