En séjour en Italie, je me suis rendu dans ce garage suite à une alerte sur le tableau de bord. Le diagnostic a montré que le debitmètre devait être changé.
Après la réparation, la voiture a immédiatement montré un comportement anormal en bas régime. Je suis retourné au garage. On m'a indiqué que c'était la climatisation qui générait une perte de puissance et non le debitmètre, puisqu'il n'y avait plus de voyant d'alerte allumé. J'ai insisté en indiquant que ce problème était nouveau depuis le changement du debitmètre. Cela n'a servi à rien, le garage a maintenu que c'était normal.
Retourné en France, j'ai emmené la voiture dans un garage. Résultat : le debitmètre posé est défectueux, il faut le changer... Suite à un nouveau remplacement, la voiture fonctionne correctement.
Bilan : le sentiment de m'être fait arnaqué de 280 € pour un debitmètre défectueux. J'ai contacté le garage qui n'a pas répondu à mes observations.
Garage fortement déconseillé.

While in Italy, I went to this garage following an alert on the dashboard. The diagnosis showed that the flowmeter needed to be changed.
After the repair, the car immediately showed abnormal behavior at low revs. I returned to the garage. I was told that it was the air conditioning that was generating a loss of power and not the flowmeter, since there was no longer the warning light on. I insisted by indicating that this problem was new since the change of the flowmeter. It was no use, the garage maintained it was normal.
Returned to France, I took the car to a garage. Result: the installed flowmeter is defective, it must be changed ... Following a new replacement, the car operates correctly.
Conclusion: the feeling of having been ripped off of 280 € for a defective flowmeter. I contacted the garage which did not respond to my observations.
Garage strongly discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare la mia auto da loro durante le vacanze di Natale perché le altre officine erano chiuse, che dire, hanno riparato il guasto a mio parere grave in tempi rapidissimi e con elevata competenza a prezzi veramente onesti, mi hanno dato l’auto di cortesia per tornare a casa gratuitamente.
PS: volevo portare l’auto a far lavare il motore ma l’avevano già fatto loro gratis!

I took my car to be repaired by them during the Christmas holidays because the other workshops were closed, that is to say, they repaired the breakdown in my opinion very quickly and with high competence at really honest prices, they gave me the car courtesy to go home for free.
PS: I wanted to take the car to have the engine washed but they had already done it for free!
SUPER RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho montato le gomme in questa officina tramite Gommadiretto.it, servizio veloce ed efficente.Unica pecca la differenza di prezzo per il montaggio da quanto dichiarato sul sito (10 euro) e quanto poi richiesto a me(12,5 euro), fatto presente al titolare mi ha fatto pagare quanto da loro dichiarato sul sito e quindi ho speso 40 euro in tutto.Spero che aggiornino presto la tariffa anche sul sito così da non incorrere in disguidi con altri clienti.Per il resto tutto perfetto!!!!
I mounted the tires in this workshop through Gommadiretto.it, fast and efficient service.The only flaw is the price difference for the assembly from what was declared on the site (10 euros) and what was then requested of me (12.5 euros), made present the owner made me pay what they declared on the site and then I spent 40 euros in all. I hope they will soon update the rate on the site too so as not to run into problems with other customers. For the rest everything is perfect !!!!

After having a breakdown with the battery, I called the workshop who immediately sent a mechanic to restart the car and take it to the workshop. Battery replaced and all necessary checks made. Quick, professional and efficient.
