★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potete evitarli, fatelo! Se proprio non potete fare a meno di mettere la vostra auto nelle loro mani, verificate con attenzione almeno le ore di mano d'opera e, se ci riuscite, strappate loro un preventivo SCRITTO. Sconsigliato.
If you can avoid them, do it! If you just can not help but put your self in their hands, carefully check at least the hours of labor, and, if you can, ripped them a quote WRITING. Not recommended.

I inadvertently left the keys in the trunk, a day at sea outside a ruined region? No, they intervened with the mobile workshop and managed to open the driver's side door without damage. They did not ask me for anything as an Aci agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our damage wasn't properly dealt with. The hydraulic pump for the power steering was replaced (they said this was the problem), but they put back in a damaged tube (which might have been the real problem) so we had to go to another garage. Also replacing the hydraulic pump was rather expensive (800 euro) and the receipt was intranparent. For a pump replacement they put in 8 hours of work (!)
In the picture you can see the damaged tube they put back in without seeing/checking that it whether it was damaged...
