★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare giudizi sul lavoro. Ma sull'impiegata dell'ufficio si.. Mai trovata una persona così poco irrispettosa verso un possibile cliente. Arrivato x chiedere informazioni sul parabrezza scheggiato.. Prima ha fatto una telefonata personale poi a risposto ad altre 2 telefonate poi ha detto che doveva prendere degli appunti per le telefonate ed infine dopo 25 minuti che non mi considerava ho capito che x la riparazione dovevo rivolgermi altrove.. e così ho fatto. Ci sono tanti che hanno bisogno di lavorare!!!
I can't make judgments about the job. But on the employee of the office it .. Never found such a little disrespectful person towards a possible client. Arrived to ask for information on the chipped windshield .. First he made a personal phone call then answered another 2 phone calls then he said he had to take notes for the phone calls and finally after 25 minutes that he did not consider me I understood that for the repair I had to contact elsewhere .. and so I did. There are so many who need to work !!!

Il sig. Yuri con estrema competenza è sempre riuscito a diagnosticare e risolvere tutti i problemi efficacemente (quando altre officine avevano invece sbagliato diagnosi, preventivando sostituzioni inutili e più onerose)
I went to this workshop several times and at different times to repair the power steering, automatic climate control, cruise control and various electrical problems on my Alfa Mito.
Mr. Yuri has always managed to diagnose and solve all problems effectively with extreme competence (when other workshops had instead misdiagnosed, foreseeing unnecessary and more expensive replacements)
