d	denis torri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, a quanto pare non hanno tempo da perdere, quindi suonano il campanello e quando gli viene aperto non fanno altro che mettere nella cassetta un avviso di mancata consegna anche se il destinatario e' a casa......e se gli e' stato aperto vuol dire che qualcuno e' in casa....cosi sei obbligato ad andare in citta' sono14 km e per persone anziane non e' facile organizzarsi, anche se il capo ufficio alle mie rimostranze dice....ma ci sono sei mesi di tempo per ritirare.....GRAZIE PER IL PESSIMO SERVIZIO credo che le poste avrebbero potuto trovare di meglio, ma come al solito a rimetterci siamo sempre noi cittadini. Ricevuta di mancata consegna (quando invece ero in casa), al telefono non risponde nessuno, parte la segreteria ma è troppo piena e quindi non puoi neanche lasciare un messaggio, alla mail non hanno mai risposto e devo per forza prendere un permesso dal lavoro perché fanno orari assurdi!! Bel servizio!!! Vergognosi. Bad. Receipt of non-delivery (when I was at home), no one answers the phone, the answering machine starts but it is too full and therefore you can't even leave a message, the email has never answered and I have to take a leave from work because they make absurd times !! Nice service !!! Shameful.

Nel mondo civile SOLO in Italia può succedere una cosa simile. Pazzesco! But what is this STUFF? They don't ring and leave an absurd note telling you to go to Modena to pick up? To withdraw what? They don't answer the phone! In the civilized world ONLY in Italy such a thing can happen. Crazy!

Innanzitutto mi é stata lasciata nella cassetta delle lettere un avviso per ritirare una raccomandata, ma nessuno ha mai suonato al campanello (e in casa c'erano sicuramente più persone). Penso si faccia prima a lasciare un avviso senza suonare e sia probabilmente la prassi: il giorno dopo che sono andato a ritirare la raccomandata c'era tanta di quella gente che un dubbio mi é venuto... É stato inoltre impossibile mettersi in contatto telefonicamente, anche chiamando in orari diversi. Non ultimo la difficoltà nel trovare l'ubicazione ai Torrazzi... Un ufficio "sconosciuto" senza una insegna ben visibile. Se questa é la "nuova posta", meglio la vecchia posta, con il vecchio postino e il vecchio ufficio postale. My experience was very bad. Lasciano un avviso all’esterno fuori dallo stabile in balia di vento e pioggia senza neanche provare a suonare uno dei due campanelli con il mio cognome. L’avviso non è neanche compilato, e da Carpi mi tocca andare a Modena sperando di riuscire a rispettare i loro orari impossibili. Vergognosi è dir poco. Worse than the worst. They leave a notice outside the building at the mercy of wind and rain without even trying to ring one of the two bells with my surname. The notice is not even filled out, and from Carpi I have to go to Modena hoping to be able to respect their impossible timetables. Shameful is an understatement.

Sto chiamando continuamente ma è inutile non risponde nessuno, ma mi chiedo esistono? La mia valutazione è zero. Spero che qualcuno di sana competenze controlli.... Come avevo detto non conoscendo questa agenzia , mi scuso per per la pessima recensioni ,mi hanno contattato e ho risolto . Mi sono fatta condizionare dalle altre recensioni negative. Grazie per il lavoro svolto Bad agency, never heard of Sailpost Modena, they left the registered letter in the little hole without knocking me since I was at home. I am calling continuously but it is useless no one answers, but I wonder do they exist? My rating is zero. I hope someone with sound skills checks .... Sulla qualità del servizio non so ancora, ma sulla comunicazione credo che ci sia da lavorare. Passano per una raccomandata, a Carpi, suona come non ci fosse un domani, io impossibilitato a scendere causa COVID chiedo che venga lasciata la ricevuta, mi dice che altrimenti devo ritirare a Modena, ma dico ok. Appena riesco a trovare qualcuno che mi porti la ricevuta, mi dicono che nella cassetta delle lettere non hanno lasciato nulla.
