L’intervento è durato 10 minuti cosí suddiviso: 2 minuti lubrificazione ingranaggi con bomboletta spray 8 minuti per collegamento tastierino e rimozione errore Prezzo dell’intervento: 100€ píu IVA 22%, totale 122€ che giudico assolutamente eccessivo per il lavoro svolto, considerando che la lubrificazione la eseguo anche io 2/3 volte all’anno al prezzo di 2€ per una bomboletta di olio. Per giustificare il costo eccessivo hanno inviato la fattura con dicitura INTERVENTO DI RIPARAZIONE anche se il basculante funziona benissimo e non necessitava di nessuna riparazione. Inoltre, particolare non relativo all’intervento ma a mio avviso molto maleducato, uno dei tecnici ha rimosso le foglie bagnate sul furgone e buttate nel cortile di casa mia, ovviamente ho dovuto pulire io senza potergli fatturare 100€ per 10 minuti di lavoro. To justify the excessive cost, they sent the invoice with the words REPAIR AGENCY even if the overhead door works very well and did not need any repair. In addition, particular not related to the intervention but in my opinion very rude, one of the technicians removed the wet leaves on the van and throw in the backyard of my house, of course I had to clean without being able to bill 100 € for 10 minutes of work.

Poi quando mi è stato fatto il preventivo avevo chiesto di farmi fare le 2 serrature anti scasso, ma in realtà ne è stata fatta solo una. Inoltre mi è stato detto che se volevo l'altra serratura dovevo pagare il doppio di quello che mi avevano detto inizialmente. Sinceramente mi sono trovato veramente male.
