Non avendo nessuna esperienza di spedizioni, ho telefonato per informazioni e mi ha risposto subito Elsa, che molto cortesemente mi ha spiegato quello che dovevo fare, le diverse possibilità, dandomi anche dei consigli su cosa era più pratico e conveniente per me. L'ho apprezzato molto e per questo ho deciso di affidarmi a loro! Consigliatissimo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare 0 stelle lo farei. Il peggior servizio clienti mai esistito, non mi meraviglio che l'Italia vada a rotoli con persone del genere. I miei genitori mi hanno spedito un pacco negli USA. Si sono totalmente affidati nelle mani di Elsa in quanto non avendo mai spedito non sapevano come muoversi. RISULTATO: pacco bloccato in dogana perché nella lista che è stata allegata al pacco la descrizione del contenuto non era completa. Dopo aver speso 90€ uno si aspetta un minimo di spiegazione. Bene la spiegazione è stata: signora avete spedito una quantità industriale di roba non so cosa dirvi. Una lavativa di prima categoria! se non sapete fare il proprio lavoro lasciate il posto a chi la voglia di lavorare ce l'ha per bisogno! Inoltre ha mandato mia mamma allo sportello a prelevare e non ha emesso scontrino fiscale ed ha avuto il coraggio di dire che è stata mia mamma a chiedere di non fare lo
Scontrino! Disponibilità e gentilezza nel mettersi a disposizione per spedire, dopodiché servizio clienti tra i peggiori mai visti. Quindi pregate di non avere problemi perché la risposta sarà: non è un problema nostro!
If there was the possibility of giving 0 stars I would do it. The worst customer service ever, I am not surprised that Italy is falling apart with such people. My parents sent me a package in the US. They have totally relied on Elsa's hands since they never sent, they didn't know how to move. RESULT: parcel blocked at customs because in the list that was attached to the parcel the description of the content was not complete. After spending 90 € one expects a minimum of explanation. Well the explanation was: lady you sent an industrial quantity of stuff I don't know what to tell you. A first class lavativa! if you don't know how to do your job, give the place to those who want to work, they need it! He also sent my mom to the counter to withdraw and did not issue a receipt and had the courage to say that it was my mother who asked not to do the
