Worst post office in Modena. Rude and slow staff. A new manager has arrived who is very arrogant and treats customers very badly. Unfortunately I was dealing with an inheritance. Any comment is superfluous.

Poi ha inventato scuse per giustificarsi. Prima ha detto che era anziana, poi che doveva ritirare una raccomandata. DA EVITARE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il mio ufficio postale di riferimento, non ho mai avuto problemi e sono sempre riuscito a fare quello di cui avevo bisogno nonostante la situazione di emergenza che obbliga a lunghe file e a rallentare le operazioni. Personale cortese che, per quanto possibile, viene incontro alle esigenze. Non capisco le varie recensioni negative che riflettono più un parere sulle poste in generale che sull'ufficio in questione.
It is my reference post office, I have never had problems and I have always managed to do what I needed despite the emergency situation that requires long lines and slow down operations. Courteous staff who, as far as possible, meet the needs. I don't understand the various negative reviews that reflect more an opinion on the post office in general than on the office in question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e ufficio disorganizzato, con file molto lunghe sia senza che con prenotazione. Sembra un ufficio di paese degli anni '90, dove passa avanti chi si conosce o chi si lamenta, e tutti vengono più o meno trattati con fastidio, come se fosse l'unica posta di un piccolo centro sperduto e non di una città mediamente grande e che ama definirsi "smart" come Modena. A chi come me è affezionato alle Poste, consiglio la posta centrale, dove il personale è più gentile o comunque sempre più professionale.
Rude staff and disorganized office, with very long lines both without and with reservations. It looks like a country office of the 90s, where those who know each other or who complain pass by, and everyone is more or less treated with annoyance, as if it were the only post in a small remote center and not in an average large city and who likes to define themselves as "smart" like Modena. For those like me who are fond of the post office, I recommend the central post office, where the staff is more polite or in any case always more professional.
