★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Dovrebbe chiudere alle 18 ma alle 16:45 hanno già spento i terminali. Sono dovuta andare a recuperare un pacchetto per cui avevo pagato consegna a casa. Prima hanno detto che non avevano trovato nessuno a casa (senza lasciare traccia del loro passaggio); al momento del ritiro hanno detto che il destinatario era sconosciuto...il mio cognome è sul citofono e anche sulla cassetta della posta.
Non si sono neanche scusati. Davvero poco seri.
Bad service. It should close at 6pm but at 4.45pm they have already shut down the terminals. I had to go and retrieve a package I paid for home delivery. First they said that they had not found anyone at home (without a trace of their passage); at the time of collection they said the recipient was unknown ... my surname is on the intercom and also on the mailbox.
They didn't even apologize. Really not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo , la raccomandata doveva arrivare entro 3-4 giorni ma ci ha messo 9 giorni e solo perche' ho sollecitato piu' volte la consegna . L' avevano in giacenza dimenticata da 6 giorni e se non sollecitavo ? Rimaneva li altri 30 giorni ? ......... INCREDIBILE
