Martedi la mia cliente non ha ancora ricevuto il pacco, chiamo per sapere informazioni e mi dicono che ce uno sciopero dei corrieri, non hanno nemmeno avvisato essendo che avevo lasciato i numeri di telefono.
Chiedo per aver un rimborso e il.commesso mi dice che non si puo averne perché non sono loro ma lo sciopero del corriere, ho.lavorato x tanti anni con i corrieri e non mi e mai accaduto che un agenzia logistica non risarcisce il cliente per l accaduto.
Pessima servizio non ve lo consiglio , mi recherò dai carabinieri per la denuncia
