Il mio pacco è arrivato quindi a Monza presso la filiale di Arco spedizioni. Qui inizia il calvario. Premetto che io abito a Brugherio, praticamente attaccata a Monza. Il pacco rimane nella filiale per giorni, quando finalmente si organizzano a portarmelo a casa, mi suona il corriere dicendomi di scendere a prendere il pacco... Seconda premessa, nell'ordine avevo specificato e chiesto UNA CONSEGNA AL PIANO, trattasi di un pacco con dentro un mobile di circa 80 kg. Io da sola avrei, secondo loro, dovuto scendere e portarmi su il pacco da 80 kg, nonostante avessi specificato di volere la consegna al piano (con ascensore). Il corriere ha riportato via il mio pacco, io ho prontamente telefonato alla responsabile di Arco, la quale è stata indisponente e assolutamente non collaborativa! Non ha voluto minimamente comprendere il mio disagio e la situazione che si era creata, non a causa mia! L'azienda produttrice ha giustamente mediato affinché io avessi finalmente il mio pacco, ormai giacente da una settimana a solo 1 km da me. Arco si è impuntato a NON FARMI PIÙ AVERE IL MIO PACCO. Al che, l'azienda produttrice di Cosenza, con estrema disponibilità e professionalità, mi ha chiamato dicendomi che a quel punto l'unica cosa era chiedere il rimborso. Arco non voleva consegnare il pacco. ASSURDO DAVVERO. Questa gente non sa neanche minimamente cosa significhi LAVORARE CON DEDIZIONE E PROFESSIONALITÀ! Never again with Arco! Experience to forget! Arco did not want to deliver the package. ABSURD REALLY. These people don't even know in the least what it means to WORK WITH DEDICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM!
