Non capisco come amazon si affidi a questi corrieri
Not very reliable for deliveries, I booked the delivery twice and they found excuses for the non-delivery twice, in the end I had to go and get the package from storage.
I don't understand how amazon relies on these couriers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo è un magazzino dove convogliano le merci da tutto il mondo. La struttura è abbastanza ordinata. Il personale dell'ufficio invece è numericamente insufficiente e poco disponibile. Non vengono prese le telefonate in entrata perciò è impossibile sapere la propria merce che fine possa aver fatto quindi non forniscono alcuna assistenza in caso di pacco non recapitato perché non si interessano di avvisare il cliente. Se non mi fossi presentata personalmente alla segreteria e non avessi chiesto non credo che avrei potuto avere la mia merce perché dopo una telefonata senza lasciare messaggi in segreteria fatta il mercoledì, fino al martedì successivo non avrei avuto notizie alcuna.Da segnalare la loro inefficienza...
The place is a warehouse where they convey goods from all over the world. The facility is quite tidy. The office staff, on the other hand, is numerically insufficient and not very available. Incoming phone calls are not taken so it is impossible to know what happened to their goods so they do not provide any assistance in case of undeliverable package because they do not care to notify the customer. If I had not personally presented myself to the secretariat and had not asked I do not think I could have had my goods because after a phone call without leaving messages on the answering machine made on Wednesday, until the following Tuesday I would not have had any news. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, pacco non arrivato, risulta in giacenza per mancata presenza del destinatario. Ovviamente il campanello non ha suonato e nessun avviso è stato lasciato in cassetta. All'199 indicato, quindi a pagamento, cade immancabilmente cade la linea dopo tutta la procedura. Provato + volte, stesso risultato! Tempo perso e soldi buttati. Ma voi non siete stanchi di questi disservizi e prese per i fondelli? Che schifo!
Bad service, package not arrived, results in storage due to non-presence of the recipient. Obviously the bell did not ring and no warning was left in the box.
