Ad oggi il mio pacco non è ancora arrivato e contattata questa agenzia mi viene detto che il trasportatore non ha consegnato in quanto destinatario sconosciuto. Strano l’indirizzo è corretto e il numero di telefono del destinatario indicato sul pacco. Ma l’avviso di giacenza all’agenzia non viene comunicato?
La soluzione dell’agenzia è che domani richiederà di consegnare di nuovo (???) .... peccato che il bene spedito ormai é scaduto.

On December 18th I made an expedition through this agency. To date my package has not yet arrived and when I contacted this agency I am told that the carrier has not delivered as it is an unknown recipient. Strange, the address is correct and the recipient's phone number indicated on the package. But is the notice of stock not communicated to the agency?
The agency's solution is that tomorrow it will request to deliver again (???) .... it is a pity that the goods shipped have now expired.
