Il grosso problema è che non vi è attenzione nell'aggiornare il cliente sulle tempistiche. Bisogna premunirsi di contattare l'azienda dopo un periodo in cui non si hanno informazioni e spesso le risposte sono poco precise ed evasive ("settimana prossima arriverà il pezzo", "il pezzo è in magazzino installeremo settima prossima", ecc..) e poi totale silenzio e assenza di comunicazione nella settimana seguente. Così via ormai da un anno.

Non sono solito nascondermi dietro pseudonimi, mi chiamo Luca Oldani e ribadisco e confermo quanto ho scritto nella recensione che risulta pubblicata a nome di Luca Bayete, mi dispiace solamente che non vi sia l'opzione zero stelle, sia in relazione alle vostre capacità tecniche, il problema l'ha risolto mia figlia in contatto col servizio tecnico del produttore mentre voi siete usciti, a distanza di settimane, due volte senza esito, che di onorare un contratto nei tempi indicati all'atto di vendita. Questa è la mia opinione basata sulla mia personale esperienza. No Signori, la 64° telefonata non la faccio perchè ai miei occhi non siete credibili e correrei il rischio di sentirmi dire per l'ennesima volta: richiami la prossima settimana...
