★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la malaugurata idea di suggerire questo fornitore all'assemblea del mio condominio per la diagnosi energetica, l'installazione delle termovalvole e dei contabilizzatori sui caloriferi, le letture e la contabilizzazione dei consumi individuali. Hanno sub appaltato i lavori e combinato diversi pasticci, soprattutto durante i sopralluoghi nei vari appartamenti, sbagliando i nomi dei condomini, l'attribuzione dei millesimi e le letture dei consumi. Insomma, in una parola: inaffidabili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è vero abbiamo fatto qualche errore, abbiamo lavorato in questo condominio nel periodo della scadenza per l'adeguamento alla normativa, pena sanzioni, quindi nel periodo di picco della termoregolazione, con molti interventi da dover gestire in contemporanea (molti clienti aspettano sempre la scadenza finale). Quando ci sono stati segnalati gli errori abbiamo rimediato in una settimana e a costo zero per il cliente.
