Allo sportello ho trovato una operatrice alquanto sgarbata e incompetente, che, dal momento in cui non sapeva darmi una risposta, ha cominciato a dire che io ero maleducata e che l'avevo aggredita (non mi permetterei mai di farlo, visto che per parecchi anni ho lavorato a contatto con il pubblico e ho troppo rispetto per le persone che fanno un tale lavoro). Abbastanza arrabbiata (è un eufemismo), mi sono recata da un collega della suddetta 'signora' e questo operatore, pur avendo già finito il turno di lavoro, si è prodigato per aiutarmi a risolvere il problema che l'azienda ha creato. Metto una stella solo per questo, ma in realtà se ne meriterebbero 0, dato che il cliente non può essere trattato in questo modo. Quite angry (it's an understatement), I went to a colleague of the aforementioned 'lady' and this operator, despite having already finished the work shift, did his best to help me solve the problem that the company created. I only put a star for this, but in reality they would deserve 0, since the customer cannot be treated in this way.

Io abito fuori Monza e per avere informazione nemmeno il vostro numero verde sa darmele e devo perdere una giornata lavorativa per venire in ufficio. Siamo nel 2015 e basterebbe proprio poco per attivare un servizio migliore. Vergogna! Speriamo che qualcuno vi organizzi meglio. It is possible that this office is not able to give telephone or e-mail information. Respect for customers who allow you to work is essential. I live outside Monza and to get information not even your toll free number knows how to give it to me and I have to lose a working day to come to the office. A	Andrea Savoia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due mesi di ricerche e fax al numero verde trovato nel sito farlocco di Enel, ho finalmente trovato un numero a cui mandare un fax che avrebbe dovuto essere per lo meno letto. Ho fatto richiesta di rimozione contatore pericolante un mese fà e non mi hanno mai fatto sapere se almeno la richiesta fosse stata presa in carico. Tra una settimana entrerò in casa con un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo, con questo contatore pericolante ed appeso ai loro cavolo di fili che per legge non posso neanche tappare e conservare e loro si permettono anche di non rispondere a ben 4 numeri telefonici. Il servizio tecnico ha dichiarato che DEVONO rispondere al telefono: hanno proprio sottolineato il DEVONO. Sarò educato solo perché sto scrivendo in internet e possono leggere anche bambini, Vi nascondete dietro una cavolo di legge che non ci permette di tenere in salvo la vita dei nostri bambini, siete vergognosi. After two months of searching and faxing to the toll-free number found on Enel's farlocco website, I finally found a number to send a fax to which should have been at least read. I made a request to remove the unsafe counter a month ago and they never let me know if at least the request had been accepted. In a week's time I will go into the house with a 2 and a half year old child, with this unsafe counter and hanging from their cabbage wires that by law I can't even plug and store and they also allow themselves not to answer 4 telephone numbers. The technical service stated that they MUST answer the phone: they have really emphasized the MUST. I will be educated only because I am writing on the internet and can also read children. You hide behind a law that does not allow us to save the lives of our children, you are ashamed.

Ho inviato tutto ei documenti per la chiusura ancora aspetto di essere contattata per fissare un appuntamento per il tecnico e fare la chiusura de questo benedetto contatore... Fulvio)che si è prodigata, al fine di cercare di risolvere il mio problema, visto che lui ha segnalato, come nessun altro, il problema in maniera ottimale, nella speranza che i “piani alti” recepiscano il problema.
