★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gia per arrivare all`Aereoporto e`una esperienza Unica Strade maleandate Signaletica inleggibile o´non esistente, Per ridepositare lauto di Nollegio si deve Percorere un Labirinto con la speranza die avere Preso Lentrata Giusta se no sei Perso.
Il Personale all`Chek-in molto arrogante, e non interesata a risolvere un problema. per il mio Gusto un Pessimo Servizio, sono stato gia in molti Aereoporti in Questo Pianeta e niente e`Paroganabile con Questo di Catania.
 Already to get to the airport it is a unique experience. Roads in danger. Unreadable or non-existent signaling. To redeposit Nollegio's car, you have to walk through a labyrinth with the hope of having taken the right entrance, otherwise you are lost.
Chek-in staff very arrogant, and not interested in solving a problem. for my taste a bad service, I have already been to many airports on this planet and nothing can be compared with this one in Catania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly unpleasant experience, pointless queues in front of closed desks, causing lots of discomfort to toddlers, disabled and elderly passengers alike guaranteed by lazy, slow, inefficient and disorganized staff with zero attention to detail. Many manual mistakes for a straightforward process. If Catania Airport represents Italy, then it is little wonder that they're lagging behind nearly all the rest of Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival only one baggage claim was being used for all three flights hat had arrived at the same time despite there being many more empty carousels.
On the way out be ready for a prolonged wait without notice for passport control officers to casually reappear at their booths before continuing to gates 19 -22. (Delaying outgoing flights)
Seats are also limited for elderly and passengers travelling with small children.
Wifi is available for free if you are comfortable login in via Facebook, Google+ or personal phone number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst airport ever! Overcrowded and untidy! Impossible to get info about check-in desk earlier than 2.30 h before flight. There is mess into the toilets, no soap, no napkins. No food and water in international departure area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were well in time to check in to our flight that took 2,5 hours. We stood in line at the check in desk for nearly 2 hours.
It was not possible to check in online. If this option would have been avaible the line would not have been this long.
I wanted to check out the duty free shops at the terminal but had to run to catch my plane..
Toilets were clean though.
Employees were kind.
