Ottimo servizio,qualità superba del cibo,location assolutamente deliziosa. Proprietari pronti,professionali e capaci. Noi in 6 abbiamo mangiato 3 taglieri di salumi e formaggi e 3 pignoletti... Delicatessen with products of the highest quality, possibility to sit inside or outside to taste the refined delicacies for the palate, accompanied by a fresh sparkling pignoletto ... Great service, superb quality of food, absolutely delightful location. Ready, professional and capable owners. The 6 of us ate 3 platters of cold cuts and cheeses and 3 pignoletti ... Average cost .. € 25 per person A must try!

Taglieri di salumi buonissimi, personale simpatico, cortese e preparato, attento al dettaglio. Il personale sa fare la differenza sia per quanto riguarda il servizio che la qualità dei prodotti, che sono scelti con attenzione, rendendo il locale di fatto un posto dove vengono serviti vini e cibi di categoria superiore. Small Bolognese delicatessen-bistro that stands out among the other places. Very good cold cuts platters, friendly, courteous and well-trained staff, attentive to detail. The staff knows how to make a difference both in terms of service and the quality of the products, which are carefully chosen, making the place a place where superior wines and foods are served.

Complimenti.....e grazie di tutto. Consigliatissimo. Last night we had a taste of excellent meats and cheeses, accompanied by sauces, mozzarella, dried tomatoes in oil and a good glass of wine, all accompanied by the professionalism and friendliness of Luca who served and explained each course. Congratulations ..... and thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

The salumeria (a.k.a. the salami shop) is full of amazing and delicious bites that you won't want to miss out on. Though they may not be a restaurant, they present their dishes similarly to a restaurant or osteria. Giving you the choice of their specialty sandwiches and build-your-own, you can think of SaBo as a very European and much more elegant version of Subway. With all kinds of cheeses, salamis, hams, prosciuttos and wines to choose from, you will not go hungry here. As I did not when I visited last year. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all the food they have on offer. The salumeria is indeed a little hole-in-the-wall, but there's nothing better than finding such a place in a bustling city like Bologna. A great hidden gem, you won't want to miss out on this place while in town - especially if you're wanting to have a long, leisurely lunch in a place much more suited to locals rather than to tourists. Definitely recommended!
