Avendo visto un appartamento da loro gestito alle 16.00 di un giorno, dopo aver scambiato vari messaggi su alcune notizie dell'immobile in vendita fino alle 8 di sera, avevo fissato una seconda visita per le 1430 del giorno successivo. Mi hanno mandato un messaggio, invece, al mattino del secondo appuntamento per dire che una nuova persona aveva visto l'appartamento e aveva fatto un'offerta. Cosicché era inutile procedere con la mia visita. Scorrettissimi con me. E dannosi per il venditore. Come facevano a sapere che la mia offerta non sarebbe stata migliorativa per la persona che vendeva? Pur di assicurarsi la provvigione, hanno addirittura violato le norme che pongono a carico del mediatore l'obbligo di presentare all'alienante tutte le offerte migliorative. Da evitare!

Having seen an apartment they managed at 4pm one day, after exchanging various messages on some news of the property for sale until 8pm, I had scheduled a second visit for 1430 the next day. Instead, they texted me on the morning of the second appointment to say that a new person had seen the apartment and made an offer. So it was useless to proceed with my visit. Very wrong with me. And harmful to the seller. How did they know my offer wasn't going to improve the person selling it? In order to secure the commission, they have even violated the rules that place the obligation on the mediator to present all offers for improvements to the seller. Avoid!
