★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raggiunto oggi l'altopiano di San Paolo in Alpe percorrendo il percorso trekking n 11.
Da Ca' Fiumari salendo attraverso il sentiero 255 si incontrano versanti un po' scoscesi e rocciosi nell'ultimo tratto. La meta è fantastica, prati verdi e panorama mozzafiato.
Siamo ridiscese verso Ca' Fiumari passando per il percorso 257 e 283 ☺️
 Reached today the plateau of San Paolo in Alpe along the trekking route n 11.
From Ca 'Fiumari, going up along the path 255, you will encounter slightly steep and rocky slopes in the last stretch. The destination is fantastic, green meadows and breathtaking views.
We went back down to Ca 'Fiumari passing through routes 257 and 283 ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo Corniolo (n comune di Santa Sofia FC), seguendo il cartello S. Agostino, una strada sterrata dopo alcuni km arriva a una sbarra. Si è nel Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi e Campigna. Si prosegue a piedi sempre sulla comoda sterrata e belle vedute sulla vallata, poco dopo 2 km si arriva al borgo disabitato di San Paolo in Alpe. Una targa racconta il ruolo che ebbe nella seconda guerra mondiale. Proseguendo un poco, si giri a sn e, dietro grandi alberi, c'è la Chiesa di S. Agostino e i grandi olmi di San Paolo. S. Agostino ha su solo qualche muro e il campanile a vela con 3 celle campanaria, ancor bello. Il paesaggio è ?, io sono andata in autunno e il foliage con dominante di giallo è notevole
After Corniolo (in the municipality of Santa Sofia FC), following the S. Agostino sign, a dirt road after a few km arrives at a barrier. It is in the National Park of the Casentinesi and Campigna Forests. Continue on foot on the comfortable dirt road and beautiful views over the valley, shortly after 2 km you arrive at the uninhabited village of San Paolo in Alpe. A plaque tells of the role it played in the Second World War. Continuing a little, turn left and, behind large trees, there is the Church of S. Agostino and the great elms of San Paolo. S. Agostino has on only a few walls and a bell gable with 3 bell cells, still beautiful. The landscape is ?, I went in autumn and the foliage with a dominant yellow color is remarkable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si raggiunge da corniolo in 2:30 con un sentiero pieno di cascatine e comodo, bello il panorama ammirabile dal comodo prato che circonda il bivacco, il prato è pieno di cacca, segnalo che due sentieri che poi convergono in uno e ridiscendono verso corniolo sono inesistenti e non segnati, quindi le opzioni sono tornate dal fosso delle cerrete o continuare la cresta fino all'asfaltata.
It can be reached from corniolo in 2:30 with a path full of waterfalls and comfortable, the view from the comfortable lawn surrounding the bivouac is beautiful, the lawn is full of poop, I point out that two paths that then converge into one and descend towards dogwood are non-existent and not marked, so the options are back from the ditch of the cerrete or continue the ridge to the asphalted road.
