T	Tommaso Donati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh che dire, un sentiero nel bel mezzo del Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi dove puoi sentirti proprio in mezzo alla natura al 100%. Impegnativo, perché in mezz'ora/40 minuti si passa da 1200 metri a 650 circa di altitudine. Non adatto alla bicicletta, a meno che non siate super professionisti (Io l'ho fatto ma non me lo sono goduto per nulla ed è stato anche pericoloso oltre ad aver preso in mano la bici 4 o 5 volte). Se si vuole raggiungere La Lama si può passare anche da Prato alla Penna e Gioghetto (per le bici). Una bella camminata, ne vale la pena. Ricordatevi che dopo va fatto in salita!! :) Tempi di discesa e salita miei personali: 25 e 55 minuti (camminata veloce) Ps: una volta arrivati in fondo (alla Lama, al rifugio) la pace dei sensi è assicurata. Una meraviglia. Well what to say, a path in the middle of the Casentinesi Forests National Park where you can feel right in the middle of nature at 100%. Challenging, because in half an hour / 40 minutes you go from 1200 meters to about 650 of altitude. Not suitable for cycling, unless you are super professional (I did it but I didn't enjoy it at all and it was also dangerous as well as having picked up the bike 4 or 5 times). If you want to reach La Lama you can also go from Prato alla Penna and Gioghetto (for bikes). A nice walk, it's worth it. Remember that afterwards it must be done uphill !! :) My personal descent and ascent times: 25 and 55 minutes (brisk walk) Ps: once you get to the bottom (to the Lama, to the refuge), peace of mind is assured. Wonderful.

Ancora non c'è molta acqua, ma l'impatto visivo è bello e imponente, assolutamente da vedere in autunno e credo meravigliosa in primavera Medium-difficult walk, not to be done if it rained the days before, slippery ground. There isn't much water yet, but the visual impact is beautiful and impressive, a must see in autumn and I think wonderful in spring

La natura è imponente, ma il dislivello è per persone allenate! C’è una ricca rete di sentieri da percorre fino all’Eremo di Camaldoli o fino al Lago di Ridracoli o il Passo della Calla. Ognuno ha un 700/900 m. di dislivello per cui si devono calcolare bene capacità fisiche, tempistica e rifornimenti. The Scalandrini route follows a series of waterfalls for a long stretch that can be almost dry in summer. Nature is impressive, but the difference in height is for trained people! There is a rich network of paths to follow up to the Hermitage of Camaldoli or to Lake Ridracoli or the Passo della Calla. Each has a 700/900 m. of difference in height for which physical abilities, timing and supplies must be calculated well.
