Ho acquistato la loro rubinetteria in ottone qualche tempo fa, garanzia quinquennale, dopo neanche due anni, e dico due, perdevano il colore e l’ottonatura, premetto che ho sempre avuto rubinetteria ottonata e quindi so perfettamente il modo di pulizia, ma interpellati i diretti interessati indovinate un po’? la colpa è la mia e come sono stati puliti( quando una persona esperta ha sostenuto che era un difetto di bagno galvanico) e quindi decade la garanzia . Finirà che ricompro i rubinetti da altra azienda e il loro prodotto...raccolta differenziata! 100% negative, ordered a product they gave me a different one with visible differences and did not want to recognize their incorrectness. Consiglio di nn acquistare da questa azienda. Aggiornamento adesso anche un altro rubinetto sta sviluppando le stesse bolle.. Prodotti scadenti, nemmeno dopo un anno presenta delle bolle con sollevamento della cromatura mi rispondono che non possono fare nulla e danno la colpa a chi lava e che i prodotti usati potrebbero corrodere la cromatura. Mi chiedo se io lavo il rubinetto con prodotti non aggressivi e più naturali possibili con cosa posso lavarlo? Devo lasciarlo sporco forse così posso avere il rubinetto non rovinato (non pulito ma integro) MA PER PIACERE. Nemmeno i rubinetti comprati dai cinesi fanno questa fine. Comunque se qualsiasi venditore vi propone Bugnatese non acquistatelo fanno schifo I put a star because 0 cannot be put.
