Risposta: secondo loro colpevoli di aver usato prodotti non idonei ( ma come, su alcuni pezzi non è successo nulla, sugli Oioli si sono fatti segni di bruciatura?), quindi nessuna garanzia. Risultato, dopo due anni alcuni rubinetti sembrano bruciati anziché cromati e l'azienda non ne ha mandato neanche uno (dico 1) in sostituzione. Contattata la sede con foto, hanno risposto tramite il rivenditore di zona che è colpa di come li pulisco, ovvero con ordinari prodotti di pulizia del bagno (prodotti tipo CIF e spugne non abrasive). I rubinetti del mio altro bagno e della cucina, non Oioli, puliti con i medesimi prodotti nel medesimo periodo di tempo, sono ancora perfetti.
