Oltretutto visto che nello stesso momento eravamo entrambi on line in wa bastava anche un semplice messaggio di scuse... Nonostante chiari difetti di produzione non cambiano neanche i pezzi in garanzia. Meglio spendere poco di più per altri marchi italiani... ma almeno lka componentistica è di qualità!!! Pessima esperienza!! Unfortunately I bought NEVE taps and bathroom furniture, as aesthetically pleasing as they are scarce in details and materials. Despite clear manufacturing defects, the parts under warranty do not change either. Better to spend a little more for other Italian brands ... but at least the components are of quality !!! Mortificati si scusano per il disguido e comunicano di procedere immediatamente alla riparazione perché il danno è causato dal difetto di fabbrica del pezzo. Chiedo se è necessario mandare prima i preventivi della riparazione, ma rispondono che è assolutamente evidente la causa del danno, quindi di far riparare senza problemi e che alla fine dei lavori avrebbero effettuato il rimborso delle spese sostenute (il fatto che non volessero i preventivi prima mi sembrava strano, ma dopo averlo richiesto varie volte, mi rassicurano di non preoccuparmi). Faccio fare i lavori, invio le fatture e foto del muro riparato (bagno completamente rivestito in resina - faccio il minimo indispensabile per contenere i costi, ovvero un rattoppo) e dopo mesi e varie chiamate a cui si sono negati, mi comunicano che il problema è stato causato dal montaggio dell’idraulico quindi non rimborsano nulla.
