L'idraulico dopo averle provate tutte compreso la sostituzione della cartuccia non riesce a capacitarsi. Dall'azienda (interpellata telefonicamente) zero soluzioni. Ora proviamo a sostituire nuovamente la cartuccia altrimenti ci tocca rompere il muro (comprese piastrelle) e cambiare tutto compresa l'azienda! Dopo questa mia segnalazione l'azienda mi ha contattato e gratuitamente mi ha sostituito tutto il gruppo miscelatore compresa la posa in opera. A carico mio solo le opere murarie. Ho apprezzato notevolmente l'interesse della ditta Cristina. A volte conviene andare direttamente alla fonte. Grazie. The plumber, after having tried them all, including the replacement of the cartridge, cannot understand. From the company (called by telephone) zero solutions. Now let's try replacing the cartridge again, otherwise we have to break the wall (including tiles) and change everything including the company! After my report, the company contacted me and replaced the entire mixer group, including installation, free of charge. My building work alone is my responsibility. I greatly appreciated the interest of the Cristina company. Sometimes it's better to go directly to the source. Thank you.

Acquisto effettuato a febbraio 2019 si rompe a gennaio 2022 e dopo qualche indagine la diagnosi è che occorre sostituire la cartuccia che costa 70€ che è 1/3 del valore del prodotto. Quando compro un prodotto di qualità mi aspetto che duri nel tempo e questo non si è verificato. Adesso che ho dettagliato la motivazione potete fare qualcosa per me? Devo però sottolineare che a fronte dell'ordine effettuato in data 27.10.21, a tutt'oggi ancora non mi è stata consegnata la rubinetteria delle due docce di casa. Pur comprendendo le difficoltà derivanti dal particolare momento storico che stiamo vivendo, reputo inaccettabile una così lunga attesa per il completamento della fornitura, che mi sta esponendo a notevolissimi disagi. Mi riservo, in un futuro auspico non troppo lontano, di scrivere anche dei lati positivi e delle funzionalità dei manufatti, poiché, allo stato, non mi sento di fornire un completo giudizio su di essi.
